Our friends the Crutchfield’s have a ranch near Florence and every spring the bluebonnets blanket the ground in glorious color. Our families have an annual ritual of taking pictures when the flowers are at their peak. Afterwards we enjoy a meal cooked over an open campfire followed by a dessert of S’mores.
