Tonight I got to see my Texas Longhorns beat Ohio State in Columbus in the final minutes of the game, 25-22. It is surely the biggest win in recent memory. Quarterback Vince Young was sensational in the most hostile environment and the toughest defense he has ever faced.
Not long afterwards I watched the LSU Tigers make a miracle comeback to defeat the Arizona State Sun Devils and give the people of Louisiana a reason to cheer madly for the first time since Hurricane Katrina devastated their state.
