March is my favorite month in Texas. Sunny days with cool breezes, the “March Madness” of the NCAA College Basketball Tournament, and Spring Break means that winter is over!
On Wednesday morning I saw my favorite signal this season has indeed arrived: while waiting at a stoplight on the MoPac access road I spotted my first beautiful bluebonnet flower alongside the road!
Soon glorious hillsides and meadows will be covered in blankets of the blue flower, creating some of the most photogenic outdoor pictures imaginable!
